Team Photos

Our Process

01.

Define Brief and Scout Location

We like to get to know you and what you're looking to achieve - the "Brief" as they call it. Once we have understood that we can then look at location.

This is particularly important for team photos as we need to determine if the space you have is suitable. Typically we can meet you at your club rooms or we can have a chat over the phone.

02.

Team Lists and Ordering

We rely on you providing us with a team list. This helps us on the day to check in players and determine who is absent, update current player number and possibly the spelling of their names.

We will open up our portal for your parents to start ordering their preferred package option. Typically we close the portal 24 hours after The Shoot. The reason is to expedite the delivery of your prints.

03.

The Shoot

We will arrive at your location at least an hour before the designated shoot time in order to set up our equipment.

Typically we will have 3 people on site, one for team photos, one for portraits (optional) and one organising players.

We do this as we have found it to work best for the players and parents and in order to run on time.

04.

Delivery

Once we have finished taking the photos, its now up to our editing team to work their magic.

We will send you a 'proof' of the photo and in the case of team photos ask that you check the players names/positions. Once you are happy with it, we will send the images off to our commercial printers.

Typically it takes about 4-5 weeks from The Shoot for us to deliver the final photos to you.

Our Process

01.

Define the brief

We have several creative options that have good impact and very unique.

Of course if you have ideas you'd like to bring us, then we're more than happy to talk about your ideas and how we can bring them to life.

02.

Secure Location

We have several facilities that we rent for such occasions. Of course if you have your own club rooms which are available, we can see if they match the brief and our physical requirements

03.

The Shoot

We will arrive at your location at least an hour before the designated shoot time in order to set up our equipment.

As a minimum we have two people on site as it makes the process much more enjoyable.

04.

Delivery

We can either print the images or set up a gallery for you to down load the images.

Galleries are becoming increasingly popular as clients like to show these images to their friends on their phones.
